She stays active in the world of recruiting through networking and likes to participate in new learning opportunities for further growth.
Jason is a Senior Technical Sourcer for Cruise on the Infrastructure team focused on hiring Senior Backend Engineers to build Cruise's Developer Infrastructure. Started off in agency placing contract IT folks and gradually moved towards more technical roles on a permanent basis.
Outside of work, Jason is usually in the gym, reading manga, and sourcing for the next musical high on SoundCloud.
John started his career in the Executive Search industry, working with well known brands and clients in the technology, consumer, publishing and entertainment industries.
With a mindset for learning, John pivoted his career in 2017 and joined Vungle, a venture-backed ad network startup in San Francisco. In late 2018 John was recruited to X, The Moonshot Factory (aka Google X) - Alphabet's secret project incubator. While at X, John has held a wide-range of recruiting lead roles, and most recently was promoted to a Program Manager role on X's AI/Quantum Team.
Xuan is currently building world class engineering teams in Sunnyvale, SF, and NY across applications, mobile, infrastructure, tools, data, and AI/ML onsite at LinkedIn. She got her start in recruiting for Big Law and then transitioned to engineer recruiting.
When not sourcing or chatting up engineers (but seriously ABS - always be sourcing ^__^ ), Xuan loves to volunteer and recruit for her non-profit Minds Matter SF, cook, garden, talk about her cat and practice Muay Thai.
